Bilgisayer - does officer information get forwarded?  No- each officer must report to his/her kingdom counterpart with a letter from Seneschal.

William can still hold practices as a warranted marshal.

Ellen is willing to become Chatelaine

Chronicler is not required; Holly is still willing to do the newsletter, she just won't hold the office. 

We can apply to leave incipiency once our event is complete and our name and device have passed.

We need to approve money to allow Deiniol to submit name and device.

Officers please submit monthly reports both to kingdom officers and to Seneschal in order to make sure we complete requirements of incipiency. 

Scroll?  We might have to get a scribe to make us a scroll when we get out of incipiency so that the king and queen can give it to us. 

Exchequer

Proxy: We have $400 in the bank; we have deposits due to be deposited for $135.  Jamilia is owed a check, which we can finally process now that we are incipient.  Paperwork for charitable contributions will be forthcoming.  We have no outstanding debts. 

Our bank account is still under Bhakail and will stay there for the time being.

Working on Baldrics and Tabards - Melodie will not have time until after Yule. 

Practices suspended until an indoor site has been found.

Marshal of Fence

Motion Jamilia Second Katrine: Geoffrey to become our official Marshal of Fence.  Motion passes.

Geoffery offering to become marshal of heavy as well. 

We are working on an indoor site for fencing at Penncrest High School for NO MONEY.  Not for profit with 75% membership in the school district as long as we do not accept any donations or admissions while on the site.  Opportunity for recruitment.  Paperwork submitted.  We need to prove insurance.  As soon as we get approved we can show them the proof of insurance; costs $50 to show them as a rider.  Insurance rider will come in December since ours expires end of November. 

Demo proposed for DCCC main campus.  Opportunity for recruitment. DCCC will give us a heads-up for their next big do after the first of the year (spring).

Fencers will do Question-and-Answer demo for school in spring.

In the meantime we can go to Iron Bog practice on Tuesdays.

In Iron Bog Lorenzo runs a practice - he is a privateer.  We have a non-aggresion pact so we might be able to arrange some good fun.

The canton practice will also be a Tadcaster militia practice.

Katrine has become a Marshal In Training in order to substitute for Geoffrey.

Keegan and William both authorized this past weekend.  Katrine Authorized with additional weapons.

Bhakail Yule Revel

Want to have another meeting - end of the month.  Still want to get a site visit in in the next two weeks.  The bailiwyck offered to be servers for the feast - they still need additional help. 

Biligisayer offered to be a floating volunteer but he may be up to his ears in political stuff.

Troll may be covered with Damiana, Judith, Arlyn, and Jamilia.

Site tokens have been modified to laminated paper tokens.  Budget went from $50 to $3.

Geoffert also has about 8 signs in the Bailiwyck in addition to the ones being loaned by Bilgisayer.

Beltane Brew and Brawl

Organizational meeting Nov 2.  Bilgisayar offered his place. Day after the pirate event in the afternoon, like 1:00.

30th April-2 May; Spring War practice is the weekend before; Spring crown tourney is the weekend after.  There is a May 1 event in Nova Scotia.

Pig Roast - if we get over 150 people it's $14.95 per person.  Beef, Pork, Hamburgers/hotdogs 5 types of salad and 7-8 side dishes.  They setup, cook, serve, and cleanup .  It's lunch and dinner both.

Must work on Budget. per Bil. 

Also put us on the east kingdom events list - seneschal of canton must e-mail kingdom webmaster in order to get us on the pulldown list so we can submit our event. 

Keegan cannot be both Seneschal and Autocrat, so we need an autocrat. 

Site is Pet Friendly. and extremely wet.

Upper section and lower section - we can have melees for heavy, fencing, archery, woods for woods battles, space for merchants and camping.

Geoffrey - fencers would like to see if Jamilia and Gina would be able to make some cyclasses/like tabards with canton device for fencers/archers/heavies.  Maybe tabards for archers and fighters, cyclasses for fencers, and baldrics for everyone else.  Drums for marching!  Long term Project for Pennsic.  See if we can do fundraising; see what the event does.  Buy fabric save receipts.  Ownership of tabards being tabled for now - proposed that tabards be owned by canton not by the individuals. 

Corwyn can't make archery practice for Barony.  Would like to propose arching locally at Middletown Archery 20 yard range, can use special targets to simulate 40 yards.  It's an indoor range.  Corwyn will be there.  Post opportunity, find out when people are free.  We don't have an archery marshal; it takes about a year to become an archery marshal.

Lorcan: in the process of negotiating with our neighbors to get a regional tactical practice scheduled.  Need an inside site in January.  70-80 guys.  Heavy fighters.  Kazutada will review with his other college contacts.  Penncrest was concerned about the armour and the gym floor.  Geoffrey might have a lead on the hangar deck at the airport.  May be a concern with the security.  Bilgisayer: does anybody know anybody who has a contact at the old Naval shipyard in an empty warehouse.  One of Keegan's friends does rescue training there.  Maybe a fire company which has heated engine bays - no concern about armour.  Genvieve's handbook(?) has suggestions on how to approach potential sites.  Kazutada unofficially named Minister of Acquisition.  Engine Bays - Middletown or Ridley - Ridley had a teen dance with about 500 kids.  Bilgisayer considering empty warehouses in Lenni Heights.
